- A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of departure.
- 2 Blank pages are required for visa stamping and an old passport if any.
- The photographs must be clicked within the 3 months.
- The size of the photograph should be 35mm* 45 mm.
- The photo must cover 70-80% of the head.
- Applicant’s photos must be clear and they should be taken with light-coloured background.
- A valid A4-size printed copy of the cover letter should be presented by the member.
- The letter must include duration, visiting purpose, expense clause, applicant details and passport numbers.
